What is the cut off for orders?
You can order any day of the week for pick up or collection Monday - Friday.
We require 24hrs (business hours) to process an order.
Can the meals be frozen?
Yes, all the meals can be frozen.
How long can the meals be kept in the fridge?
If refrigerated immediately on the day of collection/delivery, they can be kept in the fridge for 3-4 days.
Are the meals hot or cold?
The meals are collected/delivered cold and are reheated by you.
How should they be heated?
Individual meals can be reheated in a microwave and Family size meals take +-30min at 180 deg in an oven.
